Order Form:

Info about the character(s), relationship(s), and/or project. (Details are good.)
Reference images, NO AI IMAGES. Links and images are always good... (as long as they're visible.)
Descriptions of the pose(s), expression(s), props, scenery, etc.
Style and Size. Size example: 8x11", 9x12", etc.
- (Look under the tab "Art Commissions" for the title of the style you want.)
Permission to post on social media.
Confirmation that the Terms of Service have been read.

Pricing:

Prices will always be listed in US Dollars.
The price may be higher depending on the required details.
- Example: Any mecha, techno, detailed armor, jewelry, and/or background.
If prices are to be changed, commissions will be closed, and any work in progress will not be affected by the price change.

Payment:

Payment can be made either through PayPal or Ko-fi.
After the sketch(s) are finalized, a payment link will be sent, and work will begin once the full payment is received.
Refunds will only be accepted until the buyer confirms the sketch. Once it's confirmed, no refunds will be offered.

Process:

The standard time frame is 3 weeks to 6 months once the sketch is finalized.
I won't be drawing anything that's NSFW or 18+.
I may go live on occasion, working on your piece on YouTube and/or Twitch
If I plan to go live, I will give a date and time once I'm working on your piece specifically.
If I am not working on your piece live, I will send you images of its progress.

Delivery:

A watermark will be applied to the piece starting at the sketch.
For the final product, you will be provided one with and without the watermark.
The final artwork will be sent as a JPG.
There will be a signature within the final piece.
Other file formats may be provided if requested. (png)
Your name (or username) will be displayed if permitted to post the work on social media.

Usage Rights:

Do not claim the commissioned piece as your work. Wherever it's used, credit me with my username (@the_crafty_vampire) or my website (https://www.thecraftyvampire.com/).
You may make minor edits to the commissioned piece for personal use. Permission isn't required.
Please do not use the commissioned piece(s) for commercial purposes, such as Redbubble or any other direct monetization of the commissioned piece.
You may use the commission(s) for non-commercial purposes without restriction, such as custom physical items, prints, and personal social media.
